Restart the device by turning the power off and back on, this should resolve most problems with the device.
The “Status” light colour indicates the current status of the device:

Flashing red | Hardware problem | Please contact help@flowreporter.com if you experience this. Try recording the number of flashes after the SOS signal (3 short flashes – 3 long flashes – 3 short flashes) which will help us determine the exact fault. | ||||
Unrecognised issues | Try Factory reset | Press the reset button (Setup button) 3 times and it will clear the memory. Then on the next run, it writes configurations to the SD card and Internal memory. Commissioning configuration is kept as default. When it is restarted, the status LED will blink pink once it is in the commissioning configuration. |
