If you spot that you are no longer getting data in your dashboard:
- Check if your device is online in the device overview page on FlowReporter. If not, look at the device itself and use our Status Lights guide to help get it re-connected.

- If the device was already online, check if you are still receiving data in the Real-time View by monitoring it whilst using some water. If you see real-time data, try resetting the unit using Device Buttons or by turning the power off and then on again.
- If you are still not receiving data, get in touch with us with as much information as possible.
