Peak Flow Calibration

Created by Dan Simmons, Modified on Wed, 6 Nov at 5:07 PM by Dan Simmons

This setting is to protect from a sudden spike in flow as could happen from a burst pipe. As soon as the maximum flow is exceeded, the valve will shut off the water immediately to prevent damage. The default maximum flow value is specified in the default configurations. However, this can be customised for your own property.

Here in FlowReporter, go to the device settings of the specific flow sensor.

In the alert settings section, select Peak Flow calibration.

Follow the steps to do the calibration.

The current max flow will be shown on that page itself.

Please stay on the page until it completes the process and shows you the new max flow.

We can also do the max calibration through the device. Maximum Flow Threshold
