To view the history of valve status changes:

  • In device settings, scroll to the Valve Settings section
  • Click on the Valve Log button.

The Log page displays a table showing the user, action (open/close/alert/purge) and the date-time.

The User could be anyone who has access to the device, controlling the valve from their personal dashboard, or any one of the following:

  • Device – the device responding to a command, or if the valve was manually opened or closed using the buttons on the device.
  • Alert – the valve closing due to an alert threshold being exceeded.
  • Automatic – the valve operating due to a valve schedule.
  • Purge – the valve opening to increase / decrease the water temperature, or to protect from stagnation (limits set in Purge settings).
  • Timed shutoff – if the valve was programmed to close after a certain amount of time / volume.

An Action could be one of the following:

  • Open
  • Closed
  • Manually open – using the Open button on the device
  • Manually closed – using the Close button on the device
