  • Core Features: These are the essential tools you'll use most frequently for optimal device operation.
  • Advanced Features: Delve into these with caution, as they offer additional functionalities for those seeking to fine-tune their device experience.
  • Service Information: Vital details about your device are easily accessible, including:
    • Device Type: Categorisation, such as flow sensor, leak cable, or valve-only device.
    • Timezone: Automatically set based on device location for alerts and shutoff schedules.
    • Connected to: Name of the last WiFi network the device booted up with (may change during runtime in rare cases).
    • Device MAC: Network MAC address, sometimes required for IT purposes.
    • SD Card: Indicates if an SD card is inserted, significantly increasing offline memory.
    • Cloud ID: Unique identifier, required for technical support.


To simplify your experience, features are categorised as follows:

  • Leak Detection: Configure actions for continuous water flow, set leak detection thresholds, and calibrate peak flow.
  • Alerts: View, archive, and disable alerts for leaks or offline status.
  • Valve Settings: Control water shutoff, diagnose valve issues, configure schedules, and set inactivity shut-off parameters.
  • Sharing: Invite users, manage access, and view device groups.
  • Reports: Access consumption events, longest flow events, approximate device location, and device operations log.
  • Device Configuration: Rename device, adjust settings, configure tariffs, and manage device operations.

Feature Accessibility

Some features may be disabled with messages such as "You don't have access to this feature." Reasons may include:

  • Disabled by the device owner.
  • Lack of permission granted by the device owner.
  • Incompatibility with the device.
