FlowReporter Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities when using FlowReporter, the online software/app service provided by Quensus Limited ("Quensus"). By using FlowReporter, you agree to abide by this AUP.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree NOT to use FlowReporter to:

  1. Violate Laws: Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or codes.
  2. Send Spam: Send unsolicited commercial electronic messages (spam).
  3. Deceive or Mislead: Transmit false or deceptive information, including "spoofing" or "phishing."
  4. Access Unauthorized Accounts: Use another user's FlowReporter account, or any other account, computer, or system without authorization.
  5. Gain Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, computer systems, or networks.
  6. Probe or Test Vulnerabilities:  Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a computer system or network, or breach security measures without express authorization.
  7. Intercept Data: Intercept data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization.
  8. Interfere with Data: Disrupt, delete, alter data, or introduce viruses or malware into any network or system.
  9. Promote Unauthorized Products: Use FlowReporter to promote products or services without Quensus's permission.
  10. Create Unauthorized Accounts: Create FlowReporter accounts using methods other than the provided public interfaces.
  11. Circumvent Limits: Exceed storage limits or any other limits imposed by Quensus.
  12. Facilitate Attacks: Engage in actions that could make FlowReporter a target for attacks.
  13. Damage the Service: Attempt to damage or disrupt FlowReporter or any other service without authorization.
  14. Overburden Resources: Cause disproportionate interference with the operation of FlowReporter or excessive use of its resources.
  15. Share Harmful Content: Upload or share unlawful pornographic material or content depicting extreme violence.
  16. Promote Hate or Violence: Use FlowReporter to advocate hate based on race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability; promote war or violence; or encourage criminal activity.
  17. Plan or Conceal Crimes: Use FlowReporter to plan, commit, or conceal a crime.
  18. Violate Privacy: Engage in activities that violate the privacy of others.
  19. Defame or Commit Fraud: Make false or defamatory statements or engage in fraudulent activities.
  20. Abuse IP Addresses: Cause any of Quensus's IP addresses to be listed on abuse databases.
  21. Infringe Intellectual Property: Download, upload, share, copy, or use copyrighted material without authorization.
  22. Disclose Confidential Information: Publish confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
  23. Engage in Illegal Gambling: Conduct gambling activities that violate applicable laws.
  24. Engage in Other Unlawful Activities: Participate in any other activity that is unlawful under applicable laws.

Consequences of Violation:

Quensus may, at its discretion, take action including:

  • Warning: Issue a warning to the user.
  • Suspension: Temporarily suspend or limit access to FlowReporter.
  • Termination: Terminate the user's account and access to FlowReporter.
  • Legal Action: Pursue legal remedies if necessary.

Reporting Violations:

If you suspect a violation of this AUP, please report it to Quensus Customer Support.

Changes to this AUP:

Quensus may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of FlowReporter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
