Group Types

A group type allows you to configure almost any different plumbing scenario.


There are 3 group types:


  • Series – those which are plumbed directly in-line with each other, or one feeds another e.g. before and after a tank.
    Series group
  • Parallel – those which are supplied by the same source but split off before e.g. when each tap in a row of taps are each being monitored.
    Parallel group
  • Category – those which are not physically plumbed together but would be useful to group by type or geographic region e.g. restaurants.
    Category group
